Platform for Affected Concert-Goers
In 2023, thousands of fans were affected by the cancellation of three Thomas Anders and Sandra concerts in Spain: Barcelona, Bilbao, and Seville. Not only were we unable to see the artists, but we also lost the money invested in the tickets.
It's my seat, the company responsible for ticket sales, refuses to refund the affected fans. The person in charge, Vahe Shahinian, has created a new company called Tix4Us which, surprisingly, is organizing Thomas Anders concerts in the United States and Canada while still owing thousands of euros to Spanish fans.

A figure dedicated to scamming fans in Spain through his company "It’s My Seat" is now trying to deceive fans in Canada and the United States through a new company called "Tix4Us."

A company through whose website, the individual known as Vahe Shahinian carries out his scams. Attempts to contact this company for a ticket refund have been futile.

Vahe Shahinian is using this new platform to promote Thomas Anders' concerts in Canada and the United States. Extreme caution is necessary, as these people have no problem canceling just days before the event and keeping the money from ticket sales.
KissFM y EGB FM
Spanish radio stations don’t seem to care about the listeners who fell into Vahe Shahinian’s trap, even after they promoted him on their networks. KissFM actively participated in the concert promotions, featuring DJ Tony Peret, who was set to perform at these events.
Consumer Associations and Government (Regional and National)
Spain has numerous consumer associations that receive public funding, yet none have stepped up to protect the scammed Thomas Anders fans. For some reason, they are uninterested in ensuring ticket refunds. Only a single complaint was filed, which resulted in a fine—but that money doesn’t go back to the scammed fans; instead, it goes to the government that issued the fine. Spain even has a Ministry of Consumer Affairs, yet there has been no response. Spain is a prime target for these types of scammers because fans are left defenseless.
